Dirt inside the beer server is the biggest cause of beer deterioration.That's why at Perfect Beer, we run water through our servers, wash them with a sponge, and disassemble and clean the parts every day to ensure that no beer remains in the server's hoses and to prevent deterioration of quality due to build-up of dirt.

Barrel freshness management

At Perfect Beer, we only use beer kegs that have been opened within the last three days.Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight to keep your beer at its freshest.

Thorough cleaning of glasses

Some restaurants use the same sponge as other dishes or wash them in the dishwasher.This leaves oil in the glass and causes the beer's head to become coarse.At Perfect Beer, we thoroughly clean glasses using sponges and sinks designed specifically for glasses.

Gas pressure management

If the gas pressure is too high, the beer will have a sharp taste, and if it's too low, the beer will taste flat.As such, the appropriate gas pressure for beer changes depending on the temperature of the keg, so this must be carefully determined and managed.
